Beautiful roses you will want to see again and again
Higashisawa Rose Park is a beautiful park surrounded by forests and lakes. 7 hectares of land is filled with 20,000 roses of about 750 varieties from all over the world, and the park is filled with sweet fragrance.
A variety of events are held every weekend during the Rose Festival. It is the only rose park in Japan to be recognized by the Ministry of the Environment as one of the “100 most fragrant landscapes,” and was also recognized as a “sacred place for lovers” among tourist spots in Japan.
Visitors can enjoy a number of unique roses, including an area with roses related to the royal family and an area with roses with a strong fragrance.
In addition to viewing roses, visitors can also enjoy rose-based sweets (such as rose soft serve) and pasta, as well as a variety of rose goods and rose saplings.
